What is Included.
Rents are inclusive of gas, electricity, water and wi.fi where provided. A
heating supplement is payable in midwinter based on usage and will be deducted
from the security deposit. We will advise at time of booking if you are liable
for this charge. Pillows, duvets and/or blankets and sheets are provided with
hand, bath and tea towels on a weekly linen service. Please bring your own beach
towels. End of let cleaning is included, however guests are expected to leave
the property in clean and tidy order on departure to avoid additional cleaning
charges.
Reservation Booking & Payment by Debit or Credit Card.

Tariffs are based on daily rate equating to one seventh of weekly rate as set
out in the Current Rental Tariff,
so you can arrive any day, for any period (minimum seven days) subject to
availability, as shown on appropriate calendar. For shorter periods, please

The total amount payable for the period, including the appropriate refundable
security deposit, will auto calculate and be displayed below.
If booking sixty days prior to arrival you will only need to pay 25% of the
total amount, the balance being due sixty days before arrival. If booking within
sixty days of arrival you will be charged full amount. This auto calculates at
time of payment.
To make a reservation click on “Make Reservation” and your required dates
will be redisplayed with a blank pro-forma for you to complete, name, address
and various contact details. Please complete this and accept Terms & Conditions
and click “Make Reservation” at bottom of form.
Your unique reservation ID and confirmation details will be displayed. To
complete your reservation you will now need to make an online payment.
NOTE AMOUNT DUE DISPLAYED ON THE PAYPAL PAYMENT PAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY REDUCE TO 25% IF BOOKING SIXTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
To make PAYMENT click “Pay Now” and you will be directed to Pay
Pal payment page on a secure server, where you can pay by debit or credit card.
We strongly recommend payment by credit card for the protection that it affords
you.
Bank Transfer & Cheques.

You may also pay by cheque or credit transfer and if you require either
facility. This requires manual administration so please

your holiday dates which we will hold, whilst we receive payment. We will also
provide you with, bank transfer details and name and address for you to send a
completed Postal Reservation
Form which can be printed from here
and is required for either of these methods of payment.
Note: Payments made by direct transfer are to a UK bank account only. This
facility is therefore limited to UK accounts and overseas banks which enable
sterling transfers. We make no charge for this service although your bank might
dependent on your account arrangements. We do not take any details of your
account but may require these later to return the Security Deposit. Cheques must
be for sterling and drawn on a UK account.
Keys & Directions.
Keys will be forwarded by post two weeks prior to arrival and Transfer
Directions will be available for download.
For late bookings (up to two weeks prior to arrival) and guest originating from
non-European countries keys will available for collection on arrival and
Transfer Directions along with key collection details will be available for
download.
Short Stays.
You may also stay for less than seven days in some properties. Tariff is based
on a lower daily rate and a service charge to cover a whole property clean and
laundry. Please Contact Us if

Long Lets.
Casa Canoa, Rometta, is available for long lets up to six months, on a contract,
based on residential rents payable monthly in advance. If you require any

Arrival & Departure.
Arrival any time after 4.00 pm – Departure prior to 10.00 am please. Our local
housekeeper is available in case of emergency and her contact details will be
provided with Transfer Directions, along with Wi-Fi pass word. An extensive
guest manual is provided at the property with details of the property, shops,
maps, places to visit and things to do.
Security deposits £100 (studios) £150 (houses), will be returned within two
weeks of departure or on receipt of keys whichever is the later. Security
deposits will be returned in the form paid (i.e. to credit or debit card, by
credit transfer, or by cheque payable to lead name).
Advice.
It is advisable to have holiday insurance to cover payments in event of
cancellation and in event of accident. Please see
